Karin Takakura is a young woman who lives in a small village in Japan. She has always been fascinated by the supernatural, and she dreams of one day becoming a shrine maiden. One day, she meets a mysterious man named Kuro who tells her that she is the chosen one who will save the world from an evil force. Karin is reluctant to believe him at first, but she soon realizes that he is telling the truth. She sets out on a journey to find the magical sword that she needs to defeat the evil force, and along the way she meets a group of friends who help her on her quest.
